Prices are
subject to change without notice. We are sorry
about this, but we have no control over our
suppliers. However, we will sell all our old
stock at the old prices.
SHIPPING/HANDLING
Most of
our items are shipped by United Parcel Service.
We shall require a street address for delivery as UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Please allow up to approx. 10 working days for regular orders to arrive.
Special items may take a little longer. If you require faster shipment, we
can also offer UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select shipping. Due
to differences in sizes and weights of each individual order, you will need
to contact us as soon as the order is placed, to discuss shipping prices and
options based on the items ordered.
For our regular UPS ground shipments, the shipping/handling cost is calculated
according to the following scale if you live within the 48 contiguous states.

Free
UPS Ground shipping for orders over $800
(excluding oversized and freight items). A small
handling fee is normally applied however.
Oversized packages or items requiring special
handling may be extra. Please remember that UPS
will not ship to post office boxes.
Occasionally, and at their rates, we may have to
use truck lines for the larger items. Shipping
charges on orders outside the U.S.A. are determined on an
individul basis, based on the weight and dimensions of the shippment.
Consignee is responsible for customs duties
and/or taxes, if any. We regret that we are
unable to ship C.O.D.
BACK ORDERS
We
always try to have most of our items in stock
but sometimes backorders may be inevitable.
Backorders will be automatically delivered when
the part comes back into stock. Please be sure
to let us know if you do not want items
backordered.
RETURNS
All
returns require an RMA number - please call us
before sending returns to us. All merchandise
returned must have prior authorization and there
is a 20% restocking fee. We will accept most
returned, unused merchandise. (Special orders,
bed wood and electrical items are not
returnable). Please include an attached letter
with details and a copy of the original invoice.
Returned items must be sent prepaid. If we
filled the order incorrectly, we will reimburse
your return shipping charges at standard U.P.S.
rates. If you ordered wrongly or simply do not
want the item, you are responsible for return
freight costs and a 20% restocking fee. Returns
must be received within 30 days from date of
invoice. No returns on Used Parts.
CORE CHARGES
Re-buildable
cores, when requested, should accompany your
order. If not a core charge will be added. We
are sometimes out of usable cores so we may
require yours in advance to process the order.
Cores should be sent prepaid to us and be
re-buildable. Cores must be returned within 60 days.
Examples:
If it is a Steering box with a column it must
have good threads where the wheel fits on. If
the housing is cracked it is useless. Most of
this is common sense. We have to rebuild the
parts that are worn out, not replace the smashed
bits as well. Sometimes we make a partial refund
on a core that we can use some of the parts
from. We try to be fair and reasonable but you
have to make the decision as to whether the core
is re-buildable
If it is a Capillary type temperature gauge,
then we need the tube, nut and sending bulb.
If it is a Windshield Crank-Out, then it must
have a non-cracked housing and a good tongue, we
can fix the gears.
If it is a speedometer, then the same logic
applies. They are rebuilt, tested, calibrated,
etc.
If you send back your core with bits missing
then we can issue a partial refund. Again, most
of this is common sense, please use your best
judgment.

We
value our privacy and assure you that we do not
sell or share your name and address information
with anybody. We collect name and address
information solely for American Classic Truck Parts.
